export each individual canvas and save as a local file

I wish to be able to export individual canvases after I finished my conversations with AI, and save each one as a portable file, with various file formats being ideal: text file like .pdf, .txt, .md, .docx, or images like .jpeg, .png, .tiff, .heic

flowith is fantastic regarding knowledge acquisition and general learning, but it lacks functionalities to organize and manage the knowledge afterward. currently there's no way of exporting anything from flowith to a local folder.
