upgrade plan

Hi,

I used all my credits for the advance plan in the first three days. Since I paid yearly, I would like to upgrade to the unlimited plan, but I want to claim my unused month's credit. 

The web has no upgrade plan feature, so I am writing this email to ask for a solution.
